Get started with our Kids Martial Arts program to instill important lessons about respect, discipline, and self-confidence in your child. Our mission is to give back to our community by teaching the value of working towards achievable goals in a fun and supportive environment.
Adult TaeKwonDo
Our Adult Martial Arts program will use the fundamentals of taekwondo to get you started on a fitness routine that will have you leaving big box gyms in the dust! You’ll lose weight, develop muscle, and enjoy reduced stress and anxiety.

Where do I begin? This school is amazing! My daughters(11 and 12 now) have been here for 3 years and love it. We tried 2 other schools and watched a few lessons at another before they chose Reflex. It all came down to they way they felt with the Instructor. Master Robaldo is great with the kids and keeps it fun.They have competed at tournaments, learned how to defend themselves, and built confidence and strength.
